As a Step Up To Quality Gold Rated program, we meet Ohio’s highest standards for early childhood education. This recognition reflects our dedication to excellence in teaching, curriculum, and the overall well-being of every child in our care.
At Universal Child Care, our staff are highly educated and hold certifications in Child Development Associate (CDA). Our team brings knowledge, experience, and a genuine passion for working with children, ensuring that each child receives individualized attention and support.
We believe that early childhood is a critical time for development. Our program focuses on building strong foundations in social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through engaging, age-appropriate activities in a warm, home-like setting.

Mrs. Juliet Ariwodo
Director & Lead Teacher
We are proud to introduce Mrs. Juliet Ariwodo, the dedicated Director and Lead Teacher at Universal Child Care. With a strong passion for early childhood education and many years of experience working with children, she is committed to providing a nurturing and enriching environment for every child.
Mrs. Ariwodo holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, combining professional leadership skills with specialized knowledge in child development. Her educational background and hands-on experience allow her to create a well-structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
She believes that every child is unique and deserves individualized attention, encouragement, and opportunities to grow. Her teaching approach focuses on fostering confidence, creativity, and a love for learning through age-appropriate activities and positive guidance.
Mrs. Ariwodo is dedicated to building strong relationships with families and creating a welcoming, home-like atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and inspired every day.
